Day 1: London – Dallas
Fly into Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and collect your Alamo car rental at the airport and head to your hotel. Dallas is the second largest city in the state and if you're a shopping fan, you're in luck as this city also boasts the most shopping malls per capita of any city in the USA. Stay 2 nights at the Best Western Dallas Hotel (or similar).
Day 2: Dallas
Experience a unique mix of urban cowboy and cosmopolitan elegance in Dallas. As well as a wealth of shopping options, you can also indulge your inner culture vulture at the Nasher Sculpture Centre and the Dallas Museum of Art or visit the famous South Fork Ranch. In the evening, why not watch the Dallas Cowboys in action at the AT&T stadium or catch a basketball game at the American Airlines Centre.
Day 3: Dallas - Austin (approx. 197 miles)
Today, you get to drive through rural Texas from Dallas to Austin. This is a modern city and state capital with an atmosphere and rhythm all of its own. You'll also find a centre of culture, arts, recreation and technology. This evening, choose from an array of dining options from Tex-Mex and Texas BBQ to award winning gourmet dishes from local restaurants. You can also find out why Austin is known as the 'Live Music Capital of the World' with a great choice of venues to choose from. Stay 1 night at the Red Roof Inn Austin South (or similar).
Day 4-5: Austin - Houston (approx. 165 miles)
Drive from Austin to Houston today and discover the largest city in Texas. There are plenty of attractions here for the whole family to enjoy including NASA's Space Center, the Museum of Natural Science, home to the world's finest collection of gems and dinosaur fossils, as well as the award-winning Houston Zoo. Stay 2 nights at the Crowne Plaza Suites Houston Southwest (or similar).
Day 6: Houston - San Antonio (approx. 196 miles)
Travel on to a city unlike any other, San Antonio - the land of epic battles, flowing rivers and a flourishing culture. Discover attractions and sites from the ruins of the historic Alamo and the meandering paths of the River Walk to SeaWorld San Antonio and Six Flags Fiesta. Day 7-8: San Antonio – Fort Worth (approx. 265 miles)

Here you can watch a long-horn cattle drive, shop for cowboy boots and Stetsons, dine on Western cuisine or pay a visit to the world's largest honky-tonk bar, Billy Bob's Texas. Stay 2 nights at the Best Western Dallas Hotel & Conference Center (or similar).
Day 9: Fort Worth - London
