There's something for everyone on a Las Vegas holiday. Whether you want to feel like a celebrity for the weekend, have a relaxing day at the spa, explore the neon sign museum or find out whether the old adage about what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas rings true, you can have it all at the Bellagio. It’s a truly stunning hotel, inspired by an idyllic village in the middle of the Med in one of the very best locations in Nevada – central to all of the best bars, restaurants, theatres and museums. Not only that, but if you upgrade to a fountain room you’ll be the envy of everyone in Las Vegas, with views of the iconic fountains.
The hotel itself is a curious mix of European-style elegance and classic American charisma. It’s surprisingly charming, with over 3,900 rooms, more swimming pools than you’ll ever need (five, so make sure you try each one whilst you’re there), 14 gourmet restaurants and bars – AAA 5 diamond awarded restaurants, so you know you’re in the hands of some very talented chefs, with some clever sommeliers and bartenders to whip you up something divine to drink. There’s even a gallery of fine art if you ever get bored of dining, relaxing, sunning yourself or dancing in the dark once the sun goes down.
The rooms themselves are stunning. Whatever your budget, there will most definitely be a room to suit your needs, whether you’re a lone business traveller, couple on a romantic break or a family on an alternative American road trip. All of the rooms offer marble flooring in the foyers, convenient and comfortable sitting areas, mood lighting, flat panel LCD TV, cashmere top mattress, iPod docking stations and fully integrated tech for all of the in-room entertainment.
If you’ve got the cash for a penthouse suite? Well, you’re in for a truly spectacular stay, that’s for sure. There’s a wet bar overlooking the dining and living areas, bedrooms with floor to ceiling windows, His and Her bathrooms with whirlpool tubs and steam jets, gorgeous décor, and even a powder room. With frosted glass, marble and almost every other luxurious finish you can think of, sleeping in the penthouse suite is like sleeping amidst the pages of a home design magazine.
Don’t forget the Cirque Du Soleil entertainment, either, nor the numerous selection of lounges and bars. It’d be a shame to visit Vegas and not go to the casino and drop a few hundred dollars on bets. If you don’t know how to play but you fancy branching out and seeing the sights, the Bellagio Las Vegas is ideally located for everything that the bright, shining lights of the strip has to offer.
"Nothing but the best!"
Enjoyed our first stay at Bellagio and I may be spoiled a little now! Top-notch all the way around. We were upgraded to a fountain view, high floor for our mid-week stay. What a wonderful view of the fountains and listening to the coordinating music on the Bellagio tv channel. The suite was spacious and comfortable. The linens made me feel like I was wrapped up in clouds. The separate his and her baths were a nice touch. I enjoyed my spa tub while hubby enjoyed his steam shower! You can definitely tell why this is a luxury hotel...they pay attention to details.
Dining establishments are all exquisite, you can't go wrong with any of them. We may have indulged a bit too much in the patisserie....many wonderful things to try there!
Overall, a wonderful trip with family...we will be back.
One great hotel, the breakfast was out of this world with endless different great tasting food on offer, the rooms where amazing fantastic beds, great pool area, the restaurants for the evening meal was also great, couldn't fault this hotel at all. And of course the fountains where just amazing.
"One of the best"
It's a classic. Lobby is breathtaking. The fountain is beautiful. Service is great. No matter where or what you eat in the hotel, it's guaranteed to be way above average! I would highly recommend when visiting Las Vegas.
