Travellers with reduced mobility requiring special assistance can find holidays overseas a challenge, but we’re here to help. From wheelchair assistance at the airport to specially adapted rooms, our Special Assistance Team can offer support.
If you have any disability, medical need or you have difficulty moving around, it’s essential that you discuss your specific requirements with our team before making a booking, as it’s important that the suitability of accommodation, transfers and services are checked so that you’re completely satisfied you’ve made the right choice before you confirm your holiday. When you’re selecting accommodation to meet your needs, be as specific as you can at the time of booking. Think about the accessibility of your room, public areas, bars, swimming pools etc., besides how close the resort is to local shopping and entertainment. Please note: if special arrangements need to be made for you, an extra charge may have to be paid, either before you go or when you arrive in resort. For example, adapted rooms are subject to availability and may only be available in specific room categories with varying bedding arrangements.

You will be asked to complete and return a Checklist for Disabled and Less Mobile Passengers and provide your consent that we can share your requirements and health information with our suppliers. These forms should be returned promptly by email to Specialassistance@mytailormadeholiday.co.uk or by post to;
