Looking for a quick bite to eat?
We understand that it isn’t always easy to find great things to eat whilst
visiting any theme park; however Universal Orlando Resort is blessed with a
variety of options that are incredibly convenient when trying to make the
most of your day in the parks.
If you struggle to choose where to eat as a group, family or couple then
visiting the Simpson’s themed area within Universal Studios may be a the
solution to your problems. Whilst from the outside Moe’s looks exactly how
it does in the show within the bar you will find a number of themed
quick-service restaurants that are sure to please even the fussiest of
eater. Krusty Burger offers a selection of burgers taken straight from the
show including ‘The Ribwich’ & the ‘Clogger Burger’, Cletus’ Chicken
Shack offers American classics such as Chicken & Waffles, all featuring
their corn flake crusted battered fried chicken & Luigi’s Pizza offers
(as the name suggests) classic Italian style pizzas. Be sure to wash your
chosen option down with the famous ‘Flaming Moe’, a non-alcoholic orange
flavoured beverage served over dry-ice for some added theatre.
Kohola Reef Restaurants & Social Club
Whilst visiting Universal’s newest park Volcano Bay we suggest eating at
Kohola Reef Restaurants & Social Club if you’re looking to make the
most of your time. Similarly to the previously mentioned Moe’s Tavern
you’ll enjoy a large variety of options when deciding on what to eat. With
the options at this restaurant broken down into specific menus, the Chicken
& Seafood menu offers dishes such as Coconut Crusted Fried Chicken
& Jerked Mahi Mahi Sandwiches whilst the Burgers & BBQ menu offers
BBQ classics such as Ribs with a Hawaiian twist. This restaurant also
offers a ‘Grab & go’ menu that includes salads & wraps &
‘Longboard Pizzas’. We recommend the Mango BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich.
Looking for something Casual?
If you’re looking for the ideal place to experience some great food during
or after your day in the parks but don’t want to break the bank and be able
to relax, then we recommend dining in Universal Citywalk, which is home to
some amazing bars, restaurants and clubs. The sheer amount of eateries
within Citywalk ensures that there is something to please everyone; however
we’ve picked some of our personal favourites below.
VIVO Italian Kitchen
Experience the magnificence of true Italian cooking at VIVO Italian
Kitchen. This full-service restaurant offers classics such as Wood stove

you should expect. Dishes include brisket & pulled pork sandwiches,
towering nachos and chicken wings. Also be sure to try their house beer,
the 862 IPA!

Looking for something fancy?
Despite what you may think, Universal Orlando Resort has a number of fine
dining restaurants available for you to choose from. All of these
restaurants are located in various Universal Orlando hotels, however, all
of these hotels are located a short distance from the parks so are very
easy to get to.
Islands Dining Room
Feel like an islander and immerse yourself in a culture of exotic cuisine
at Islands Dining Room located within the Loews Royal Pacific Hotel. The
menu for this restaurant is themed around a number of South Seas
specialties including Mongolian Beef, General Tso’s Chicken & Korean
Bulgogi Ribeye steak. On select nights you can also enjoy ‘The Wok
Experience’ where you are able to create your own dish from a countless
number of delicious ingredients, and the best part this experience is that
it is all you can eat!
The quintessential Italian dining experience when visiting Universal
Orlando is without a doubt the world renowned BICE Ristorante, located in
the heart of Loews Portofino the setting helps to create a truly immersive
experience. Formed from humble beginnings over 90 years ago in Milan, their
ethos is simple, serve authentic, delicious food that will make customers
return to any of their restaurants located around the world and it’s easy
to see why this works. We would recommend trying one of their amazing pasta
dishes with our personal favourite dish being comprised of homemade fresh
Strozzapreti pasta with sausage ragu and baby spinach leaf.
Located in the Hard Rock Hotel, The Palm is a great place to enjoy a
high-class meal in an uptown atmosphere. Built as an homage to the
world-renowned steakhouse located in New York the décor of this restaurant
features caricatures of famous celebrities who have visited the original.

that is sure to satisfy any diner that visits.
