1. Scarpetta- small dishes, but great quality! 2. Pool was like a scene out of a movie 3. The gym was immaculate but most important.. THE BEACH! Service was impeccable! Humberto didn't stop making us laugh as he shaded our chairs with an umbrella. Jai was our waiter and made sure our drinks were never empty! Josh, the manager was always checking up on us, and gave us some great dinner recommendations. When you go to the beach make sure to ask for these guys!Overall hotel was nothing short of amazing! Can not wait to go back to miami.
"Sooooooo worth it!"
I've stayed at the Fontainebleau plenty of times, it's always a pleasure! This time I got there a few hours before check in. I had the pleasure of being helped by Alex Coppola, he was able to get me in a better room which was ready right away. The staff was very nice and helpful. Best hotel in all of Miami!
"All around awesome"
How to begin... Wow! What an amazing experience. This hotel may look like many of it's competitors but don't like it's Miami-esque outside experience turn you off. This hotel is a historical landmark of Miami, that holds an immaculate amount of high-end accommodations catered to every need a guest could have. Laying poolside or beach side is an absolute must, and if you have the chance to sit with Kendall, she will take amazing care of you, and best of all she makes sure the Mojitos are flowing. YOU'RE IN MIAMI, KEEP 'EM COMING! For your dinner experience there are so many eclectic choices to choose from but my favorite dinner was at Hakkasan. The dish my mouth is still watering from is the duck salad appetizer, it was to die for. I honestly felt like a celebrity with the service that Veronica provided. She was so knowledgable in regards to the menu, such a refreshing feeling to see an educated staff member know every item/ingredient on the menu like the back of her hand. We were also checked on several times by the General Manager, a french name I cannot remember, my apologies! Amazing service, atmosphere and all around experience. Whether you're grabbing a coffee from the cute blonde, Emilie, at chez bon bon or having a carb-overload at Scarpetta everything at this hotel is focused around customer service and experience. It is so wonderful to see a hotel that prides itself in it's employees and encourages growth and knowledge through experiences at their own place of work. After all the best advice comes from those you have gone through the experience themselves. Bravo Fountainbleau, bravo!
